How to request and create forms

Requesting form code

 

Drupal forms are requested via Workfront using the "Form on Drupal" template. 

  • All updates will be communicated in Workfront.
  • The Eloqua team handles the code build.
  • The Web team will add your form to Drupal.
    • Once the form is in Drupal, you can search for the form name in the Form or Reusable CTA components. 
    • The form name will be the same in both Eloqua and Drupal for consistency. Here is a preview of the Admin view:

 

Using the form component

  • Flexible Content > Form
  • Form tab > Add existing node > search for the Form name provided
  • Go to the Options tab and fill out the required fields
