T R A I N I N G GU I D E 15 E-Signature When submitting for e-signature, the signer's email address and phone number will populate from the data you entered under the Account Owner information. You can also indicate if the user should receive a text message or phone call when they use the e-signature function. Once started or submitted, you can track the application from the Pending Accounts page, accessible by the URL at the top of the document. The Pending Accounts page will show a total of pending accounts, the total pending value indicated and a breakdown of each account, the status, the Primary Advisor indicated and the targeted funding amount. Statuses can include: Draft, Printed – Pending Upload, Awaiting E-Signature, Received, etc. Once a document has been e-signed, if your broker-dealer requires attestation, the advisor will receive an email alerting them that e-signature has been completed and the application can be downloaded. Other users within the office will not receive this alert. Below is a sample of what the email alerts look like.
