Once you select an application type, related forms will be displayed under the Application Types section.
Once you have selected the Additional Forms you want as part of your packet, select Generate Documents to
have your PDF packet created. Note that for the time being, PDFs are editable in browsers such as Google Chrome
and Microsoft Edge. Do not use Adobe to edit PDFs.
