Risk tolerance questionnaire. For Financial Intermediary Use Only. Not for Public Distribution. The Risk Tolerance Questionnaire is intended to be an account-level assessment of the investor's tolerance of risk. Instructions 1. Find the answer for the proposed account in the Answer Key and write the corresponding answer in the Score column. 2. Add up the score for each question and write it in the Total Score box. 3. Look up the Risk Score in the Risk Tolerance table (to the right of the Scoring Table) and write the risk level in the Risk Tolerance box. Scoring table. Risk Tolerance. Do not submit the Client Profiling Kit to SEI. If Risk Tolerance is required by SEI, we have incorporated the Risk Tolerance Questionnaire within the Account Application. If you are using the proposal tool to recommend a proposed account, the answers to the investor's Risk Tolerance Questionnaire will be required and prepopulated on the Account Application for you; otherwise, you or the investor will have to re-enter the Risk Tolerance Questionnaire answers on the Account Application.
