© 2023 SEI For financial intermediary use only. Not for public distribution. 6 risk at the lowest level of granularity that we use in portfolio design for SEI's proprietary strategies. We call these our L3 Sub-Asset Classes. The IMU also provides an estimate of how closely they believe those L3 Sub-Asset Classes will move together and represent that in a correlation matrix. When onboarding a Gateway Manager, the manager will instruct SEI on the asset class to be assigned. SEI's IMU is not reviewing the Gateway Manager's that designation for accuracy. That assignment will be associated with the risk categories in our tools and will be represented along with other managers throughout our technology. By using our investment tools, you adopt our risk rating guideline and risks cannot be changed within the tools themselves. Proxy Voting Process Please see our Proxy voting Policy and Procedures found at the following below link: https://www.seic.com/proxy-voting/proxy-voting-policy-and-procedures. Transaction Guidelines Overlay Rebalancing For accounts that are investing with Model Delivery Managers, the SEI Investments Management Corporation (SIMC) overlay manager services includes daily client portfolio review and collection of market information, such as stock prices, corporate actions and manager model allocation updates, along with client generated activity, such as cash contributions and withdrawals. Once the information is gathered it is analyzed and applied to each client's portfolio. If necessary, the portfolio is re-balanced. As part of the rebalancing process the overlay manager may raise cash or invest cash. The Asset Allocation Tolerance settings are set at 0% for SMA accounts. The minimum trade size is 20 bps of the portfolio value. For questions about SEI's standard account rebalancing please refer back to the SEI's Operations Guide for Mutual Fund and Managed Account Solutions. Custody services provided by SEI Private Trust Company, a federally chartered limited purpose savings association and wholly owned subsidiary of SEI Investments Company (SEI).
