New site style: Sentence case titles and headers

In the new site, we're switching to "sentence case," which means that all titles, headers, CTAs, and other similar areas will use the same capitalization as a normal sentence. 

Examples: 

This blog title:  Is This the Right Time to Invest in Bonds?

becomes: Is this the right time to invest in bonds? 

A CTA title:  Investigating Your Options?

becomes: Investigating your options?

*Exception:  When referencing a title from another publication, do not alter it; use the same case as the original publication.  Proper nouns remain capitalized, just as they would in a regular sentence.
