T R A I N I N G GU I D E 16 All users will have access to download the e-signed application from the Pending Account Dashboard/ Portlet > Select Pending Account > Account Status page, within the Pending Accounts page, prior to the account being opened. If your office does not require broker-dealer approval or the broker-dealer is using SEI Broker Dealer Center, no email notification that e-signature has been completed will be sent since that is part of the Attestation process. Emails will be sent for the following events: a. Ready for Advisor Approval b. E-Signature Authentication Failed c. E-Signature Expired d. E-Signature Delivery Failed e. Ready for Broker Dealer Approval (Attestation) f. Broker Dealer Approval Rejected (SEI Broker Dealer Center approval) The Account can stay, unmodified, in a non-completed Draft status for six months. Once the account is opened, the status will update to Completed and show on the Pending Accounts page for three days. In a future update, the Pending Accounts page will be updated with the ability to open a status page of a specific account, and it will take the user to the appropriate Account Snapshot. Application Kit Downloads Download Application Kits and Preassigned account numbers are now their own section, located under the Business dropdown in the action titled Download Application Kit. These will bundle a set of blank forms that you have selected to create an Account Open Kit. Select Download Application Kit under the Business dropdown to be taken to the form selection screen. An option to select either the application kit or preassigned account numbers will be present.
