1. The screen will prompt you for the custodian's address and contact information.
2. E-signature will not be available for the pending account. If you wish to e-sign the application and, if
applicable, a beneficiary form, then you can delete the Transfer from Funding Sources and submit a Transfer
form separately.
Depending on your office's access, you will see either two or three choices for the type of transfer. These include:
Full Liquidation, Full In Kind (if your office is approved for Enhanced Advisory Services) or Partial (Liquidation).
The Full Liquidation and Full In Kind choices will ask if any cash is coming over. If it is, select whether it will be by
check or wire, and if the funds have already been liquidated. Full Liquidation will default to Yes, while Partial will
default to No. Partial, once selected, gives you the option to indicate cash as well as individual assets within the
account that are transferring over.
Note that Digital Account Open supports only one transfer per pending account at this time.
