For example, if 100 assets are being transferred In Kind and you'd like all but Ticker SEIC to be transferred into the strategy, select Selected Strategy in "b" above. Within Special Funding Instructions, you can then instruct that SEIC should be allocated to Advisor Guided, Asset Transit or Client Directed. 3. DCA Schedule – If you allocated to DCA in Step 1 above, define the DCA schedule as follows: a. Choose one of the following Schedule By options: i. Total Sum By End Date – Select an end date and frequency (daily, weekly or monthly). The system will calculate the contribution amount. ii. Fixed Schedule Contribution – Select the dollar amount per DCA contribution and frequency (daily, weekly or monthly). The system will calculate the end date. b. Choose the Frequency (daily, weekly or monthly) c. Invest Residual? (defaults to Yes) d. Choose the Strategy to invest In: i. If you've selected one strategy, there is no action for you to take. ii. If you've selected more than one strategy, choose the strategy you'd like to invest into. Note that the option to DCA across multiple strategies in accordance with the first funding Strategy allocation (i.e., Transitory Cash) will be available in a later release. Advisor Fee & Other Details The next section is the Advisor Fee & Other Details page. Select Start to review these options. The first section covers how you want the advisory fee to be set up. You can choose a flat fee rate, a fee schedule, add the account to an existing fee group, or set up no advisory fee. If you select a fee rate or fee schedule, options will be presented regarding what fee to assign and whether there should be a fee discount applied. If you choose to add the account to an existing fee group, you can then search for the account owner name or number within the existing group.
