- Share the persona with your staff. Talk to them about the needs, concerns and issues that impact your ideal client and show them how specialized planning meets the needs of this persona differently than generic advice.
- Incorporate “fit” into your segmentation and sales processes.
- Create an ideal client profile mailing list through your CRM. Test how easy it is to send targeted messaging or marketing.
- Update or create processes and workflows to ensure you do what you say you will do.
The more you and your team focus on your ideal client, the more you can deliver value and uncover opportunities to grow and scale.
