The Campaign page type

Campaign pages are defined as time-limited, actively promoted, and with a specific call to action. They can be hidden or open to the public, and often have a targeted audience. They should never compete with or replace your audience section core content.

You'll be asked to set an expiration date on campaign pages to ensure they do not become permanent (dates can be extended).

Because they're the only type that can be hidden from search engines, we also use them for thank you pages.

UX help is available for campaigns. Simply create a Workfront request using the Web Campaign Page. Include your target audience, primary goal of the page, and the promotional channel you'll be using.

Creating a Campaign page

The campaign page has all the same fields and requirements as the other page types, except for the Hero. Choose either a Standard Hero (standard title and subtitle, with option for a still image) or a Video Hero (with title as an overlay on top of the hero image or video).

If you choose the Video Hero, next choose large or small image, the color choices for the title and the optional subtitle in the Content tab.

Next, go to the hero's background tab and choose either an image or your looped video from the Brightcove interface. You'll need to have your video created by the studio and added to Brightcove beforehand. Specify that it needs a Retail tag in your video request.

Follow the instructions for the Taxonomy, Page Options, and Flexible content tabs in your page.
